Our 30 Days Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused, in the same condition received, and must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send purchase back without proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. For items that arrived damaged, please see our “Replacements” below.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If return is approved, refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 working days.


Items deemed defective or damaged upon arrival will be replaced. Please contact us with your Order# and Photos showing defects or damaged to .

Returning Gifts:

If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. You must notify us directly when obtaining the RA# to receive our store credit, otherwise, credit will be refunded back to the purchaser.

Return Shipping:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
